As many of us have said that you liked the banana curry ... today we are going to teach you how to make another fruit curry, and also our favorite:mango and chicken curry
The recipe is very easy (come on it is very similar to the banana curry but without banana :-p). Here are the steps and ingredients of an easy and quick mango curry recipe, so you can cook it yourself at home
Ingredients (2 people)
- 300 gr chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 handle
- 1 apple
- Curry
- Rice
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- Water
Elaboration
- Brown the finely chopped onion in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
- Cut the mango and apples into small squares and add them to the pan.
- Cut the chicken breast into small squares and add it to the pan with the onion and fruit and stir for about 3 minutes.
- Add the curry, and mix for 1 minute until it cools
- Add about 100 ml of water and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- We boil the rice (basmati or the type you prefer) and as soon as it is ready we serve it with the curry.
Variant: you can substitute water for coconut milk
If you want a spicy touch, chop a chili and add a little piece to the mix…. Itchy eye!
